We have a computerised data base which holds your data and is professionally managed by us and our software provider in order to ensure the highest standards of security. We may also store hard copies of treatment consultation forms in a secure environment in order to ensure the best possible treatment services to you. 

How to Access and control your personal data

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you are not interested in receiving marketing information from us about the latest offers and news exclusive for you, you are able to unsubscribe from our mailing list at the bottom of any email you receive. Alternatively you can login to your account online and update your preferences.

We will not contact you by email, phone or text message unless you have given us your prior consent.
