If I have a luxury Retreat package, can I take the treatments separately?

Yes. We mark them on your voucher as you use them

If I get a voucher as a package and I do not like the treatment, what happens?

We take the cost of the package and let you choose from our price list, up to the value of your voucher

How far ahead will I need to book if I require a certain appointment date?

Please phone early for all treatments to avoid disappointment. Evenings and Saturdays are very busy periods.

Refreshments

We serve a wide range of refreshments to all our clients. Please arrive a little earlier for your appointment so you can enjoy your refreshments in the comfort of our lounge

Children and Mobile Phones

Our salon environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation, so please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other guests. We would prefer children not to be brought into the salon for safety reasons and to maintain a peaceful environment.
Please ensure mobile phones are switched off. Thank You

Discontinuing Treatments

Due to lack of demand, some treatments may get discontinued without prior notice. Please confirm your treatment with reception if you are concerned. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Prices are subject to change at anytime also.

Treatment Contra-Indications

All treatments are carried out subject to completion of our Medical Questionnaire, which you will be required to complete on arrival. There are contra-indications relating to some treatments and facilities.
Guests with Heart Conditions, High/Low Blood Pressure, Circulatory Disorders, Epilepsy, Arthritis/Rheumatism, Diabetes, Pregnancy, Allergies and possibly other conditions should seek the advice of their doctor prior to booking. Please notify your therapist prior to treatment.
If you have any concerns please check in advance with us (and where appropriate, your doctor) prior to making appointments. If any treatment is found to be unsuitable, a qualiied therapist will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to availability.
