Approximately 1.5 miles from Junction 5 on the M20, going towards Maidstone.
Follow the A20 (London Road) heading into Maidstone, past the Somerield hospital on your right and the house is on the left-hand side straight after the 2nd set of trafic lights. The house has a bus stop just before it.
From Maidstone Town Centre
Follow the A20 towards Allington, go past The White Horse public house and The Aylesbury Hotel on your right, and the house is the last one on the right before the bus stop.

Timings ...

All times quoted on this website are appointment times, not treatment times.
Therefore, treatments will be shorter than stated. All times are used as a guidance for our booking system.

Opening hours ...

Monday – Thursday: from 9.00am – 9.00pm
Friday: from 9.00am – 6.30pm
Saturday: from 8.30am – 5.30pm
Sunday: Closed

Parking ...

We have our own private car park for use to clients, during their own treatment time only, directly in front of the Retreat.
Cars cannot be left prior to clients treatment time or after clients treatment finishes.
Cars parked in our car park are left at the owners risk.

Cancellation Policy ...

24 hours cancellation notice or change of appointment is required to avoid being charged. For treatment time booked at 1 hour 30 mins there will be a £10.00 deposit. We will then charge an additional £10.00 deposit for each hour added.

Booking Appointments ...

When booking an appointment using a gift voucher you will be asked for the voucher number to conirm your booking. Your voucher is your deposit and the cost of your deposit will be deducted if 24 hours cancellation notice is not given. Joint or group bookings require a deposit.
