We suggest making appointments in advance, especially for evenings and Saturdays (our busiest periods). However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Prices quoted in our brochure are subject to change at any time.
Medical ...
All treatments are carried out subject to completion of our Medical Questionnaire which you will be required to complete on arrival. There are contra-indications relating to some treatments. If you have any medical concerns please check in advance with us (and where appropriate with your doctor) prior to making appointments.
Group Bookings ...
Groups are welcome at the Retreat although we do recommend booking if there are large parties. Please contact the Retreat's Events Organiser who can customise and tailor-make your group experience as you wish!

Joint or group bookings require a deposit at time of booking.
Voucher Bookings ...
We require vouchers which are fully in date to be presented prior to treatment. Unfortunately we cannot perform any treatments without the gift voucher.
Expired or Lost Vouchers ...
Expired vouchers cannot be accepted and unfortunately we cannot replace vouchers that have been lost. Gift vouchers purchased under £100 are valid for 6 months. Gift vouchers £100 and over are valid for 12 months.
